PARK RULES

​Please read carefully to avoid disappointment

EARLY QUEUES
On the most popular days, such as weekends in December and January and when the weather is hot, traffic queues are unavoidable. Extra staff are appointed to get everyone into the park as quickly as possible.
To avoid unnecessary delays, it is essential to

             REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE IN QUEUE ORDER
                      even if you already have a ticket or a booking.

​Ticket-holders only need to present their REF number/s (NOT the barcode number) for our ticket app to process your entry.

ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to search vehicles, refuse entry to, or evict without refund anyone in possession of or under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a socially unacceptable manner.

NO MUSIC permitted, including cell phone music. Instruments for use in worship may be used by arrangement with management.

TAXIS must wait in the queue and enter the park before occupants disembark.

NO PETS of any size permitted.

POOL RULES

1. No running - tiles are slippery when wet.
2. No jumping, diving, or pushing people in.
3. No inflatables, except arm bands or life-jackets.
4. No water toys.
5. No food or drink or glass bottles allowed.
6. No smoking in the pool area.
7. Those who cannot stand freely in a particular pool are not allowed to swim in that pool. Minimum height for use of Youth and Adult pools is 1.6m regardless of whether accompanied by an adult.
8. Pool marshalls, if on duty, are to monitor safe practices but are unable to watch all the children. Caregivers MUST take responsibility to supervise the children in their care at all times.

TRAMPOLINE One at a time - no shoes.

SUPERTUBE

1. Times are announced on the day.
2. A minimum of 50 band sales in total is required to start up the tube.
3. ​No flowing garments - they can be dangerous.
4. No babies allowed. Children under 1.6m height MUST be accompanied by an adult. 

GAZEBOS are welcome but no tents as they kill the grass.

CLOSING
Pools and trampolines close 30 minutes before park closing time.

If the park reaches full capacity, only ticket-holders and pre-booked church groups will be permitted entry.

Please retain your payment receipt as your entry ticket. Inspections may be carried out from time to time.
